struggle. and organising agitations. Secondly Ishta is in Sagittarius (Freedom / Leadership) and is
conjunct a powerful stelium of planets – Uranus (dispositor of Tithi), Venus (dispositor of Rahu Fortuna)
and Moon. The dispositor is retrograde Jupiter in the 4th Sign Cancer (representing home, motherland)
This has resulted in a strong urge for Independance and Revolutionary Leadership.
2) Ketu Tithi position of a planet gives the same results as Ketu conjunction the Planet. Hence the
