My name is Jasmyn Snipes and I am the special events intern with JDRF. As you may know, our
annual Time for a Cure gala and auction is coming up on Saturday, February 28th, and we are
looking for volunteers to help run the event. If you are still interested, we would just need an
estimate of how many people will be in your group so we can best accommodate you all. If you
could also provide us with a list of names and emails of the volunteers sometime this week, it
would be a great help.
The gala will be held at the Jefferson Hotel and is a formal event; volunteers would need to be
dressed in business formal, and depending on what area you all volunteer in, we may hold a
volunteer training session before the event.
