Application Developer Programming Specialist
I spent my first 5 years programming learning the Vanillas they never change and with those you can build any framework. My foundation started with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and PHP because almost 80% of the internet uses it. Then I chose "Write Once Run Everywhere “Java '' as my main language knowing 58.99 percent of global website traffic is mobile and Over 60% of the world’s population has a cell phone. Of those mobile phones, almost 80% of those are smartphones. I have certification in everything from Big Data, A.I, Machine Learning, Blockchain, Data Science and Security. Working in the data analytics department at a Big Tech Company has
taught me that everything from utilizing open-source software and applications like Python and Juniper Notebook's to proprietary applications like SAP Analytics Cloud concepts like Master Data, Transaction Data etc are universal with not only project experience but hands on experience as well. If you check out the google play store and my android developer account you can see the 3 apps I developed and uploaded where anyone on the planet with an Android phone can download and run in minutes.. If you visit my personal website you can view the source code and libraries https://www.arzugil.com you browse through my portfolio. Also I’m experienced in marketing like Amazon PPC Advertising, Facebook Advertising, Google Advertising, Snapchat Advertising, TikTok Advertising, and Twitter Advertising.

I started my professional experience completing a twelve-month, department of labor backed
Apprenticeship as an Application Developer Where to graduate I had to Illustrate acquired foundational
knowledge and skills in social coding, programming fundamentals, software design, enterprise
development, testing, and support while demonstrating Cloud Computing fundamentals and Cloud
Design patterns and practices. All while applying Agile methodology and Design Thinking practices
to software engineering and application development. IBM has been a leader in computer and IT
innovations since 1945 and for the past 29 years straight, IBM has led the United States in minting
patents for innovations ranging from the ATM to e-commerce, to two nanometer chips and quantum
computing. As the leader in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, Hybrid Cloud, Data science and
Machine Learning operations. Every day I learn something new and working in Big Tech is notoriously
competitive so after 5 promotions and 22 certifications and badges all in less than 3 years I decided
to take a Leave Of Absence so I could focus my full attention on Western Governors University’s new
Cloud Computing Bachelor's Degree Program. After Completing 15% percent I'm not only ahead of
schedule but I'm already Comptia A+ and Azure 900 Certified so not will I only get a fully accredited
Degree but also 15 more industry leading certifications to add to my already twenty-two certifications
and badges.

Work Experience
Application Developer Specialist
IBM - Baton Rouge, LA
March 2023 to Present
As an Application Developer Specialist my job is to create custom applications based on functional and
technical specks within scope and that pass unit testing. During the unit testing phase, we use a ticketing
system like Jira and my job isn't just to resolve tickets but identify blockers in an agile two-week cycle
compromised of one week called the sprint week and the second more relaxed week called the plan
week. Where we get ready for the next sprint week iteration. After 3 years some of my achievements are.
• Created Machine Learning Applications like Linear Regression Models and K Nearest Cluster Algorithms
to analyze not only individual performance but our combined team performance with data gathered from
the required CSV Files we were required to upload to monitor performance and key metrics.
• While still an apprentice on my first project I Identified a bug In the JavaScript Code for form validation
on a website we were using for data entry.
• Out of 8 or 9 people in our group reporting team I created almost over half the applications under scope
in our contract and within 6 Months of being on that project even utilizing a proprietary application stack
I had no previous experience in.I out preformed hard to source more expensive Senior Level Developers
with years of experience.
2. • Sap Hana Database experience with utilizing big Data to perform extractions of data from various
source systems and performing not only data validations but also filtering so large companies can better
utilize their data for various applications.
Application Developer Apprentice
IBM - Baton Rouge, LA
March 2020 to December 2021
During the IBM apprenticeship I completed learning courses and on-the-job training designed to develop
my skills and competencies essential to future roles as an Application Developer. I graduated early but
still got to spend most of my 12 months learning things like Dev-Ops, Dockers and Containerization and
I did a lot of Android Programming Machine Learning and A.I and Web development both the Frontend
and Backend and I graduated early from an official registered apprenticeship program recognized by the
Department of Labor (DOL). and I received the nationally recognized credential from the U.S. Department
of Labor.
• I was required to complete specific learning hours and on the job training primarily in SAP,
SQL,HTML ,CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Java, and Python.
• I graduated early doing most of my curriculum in two weeks because most of it was refresher besides
things like Dev-ops and Containerization because being a self-taught developer means you don't learn
how to cope with others your loner wolf.
• My Coworkers called me a Jack of All Trades because I was Web Developing and Creating Native Android
Apps while being able to produce a Machine Learning Application on our first Project weren’t supposed
to have until we graduated but the country needed us for the Pandemic.
