Tartar på biff med picklad shitakesvamp, tryffellök, wasabikräm och

Beef tartar with pickled shitake mushroom, truffle onion, wasabi cream and 
soya burned butter.

Pankofriterad havskräfta med pepparglaserade morötter och 
apelsinsmörsås. 
Panko-style deep-fried langoustine with black pepper-glazed carrots and 
orange butter sauce.
