have been implemented in several Louisiana

Promotion of the Louisiana heritage to younger
generations – like I am doing with this

The two above—mentioned steps help to
promote an interest with younger generations
wanting to learn French, much like their
grandparents, great- grandparents, etc. once
spoke.
I have a personal interest because my both of
my grandmothers did not learn to speak English
until they began the first grade in school. My
grandfather, at the end of his life, went
