Activity:
- When I say go, go to the nearest hula hoop w ith balls and grab a basketball.
- 1 handed dribbling w hile standing on dots. First w ith one hand then w ith the other.
- Now dribble on the move around the outside of the dots and cones in a circular motion, all
going in one direction.
- Now go the other direction and change hands.
Relay race:
-Form 5 lines of 5.
- 1st relay: dribble dow n and around the cone using one hand. once you get back, sit dow n.
f irst team w ith all member to go around the cone and sit dow n wins.
- 2nd relay: dribble to the cone using one hand and dribble back using the other. First team
to get all members around the cone and back w ins.
Dribbling in place:
- Athletic position, 1
palm up, f lip the ball
like a pancake, then
bounce the ball, keep
your eye on the ball.
Dribbling on the
move:
- Keep your eyes up
w hile dribbling the ball.
- Keep the ball in your
ow n space
- Alw ays be giving
positive feedback.

time so no one gets hurt.

back on the dots.
