• State Scorecard – Review the 12 elements
Identify and obtain data from your state agency
Complete the scorecard to establish your baseline
Establish your employment goal from 2010-2015 which
will be the state team activities. Interim step may be 2011
(Summit – November 18 – 19, 2011)
Determine strategies and activities for reaching the goal
Update AFP
