Giving letter to butcher
Un-bandaging hand/ gruesome shot/ blood
Over the shoulder shot of letter stating why he cannot return - add town to letter

When the butcher comes round the corner SUDDENLY, dramatic music comes on
Killing not shown but Katy is being dragged out of the building by feet
POV shot from villain dragging body, leaving trail of blood.

Lots of killings
Lungs, hearts, intestines.
Person lying on table, organs resting on their body, covered up by a sheet, he rechers in and
pulls out organs and throws them in the air.

Him at nicely laid out dinner table, white tablecloth, multiple side plates with different internal
organs on them, knife and fork, glass of blood, cigar in ashtray.
