1. A risk assessment was conducted for the filming of a music video by the band Coldplay at various locations around Market Rasen and Lincoln.
2. Several hazards were identified including open flames from a piano, crossing train tracks, moving heavy drum equipment, and electrical wires near water. Controls were established like using flame retardant, staying away from edges, and having people help carry equipment.
3. In total, the filming involved around 15 people between the band members, crew, and assistants. Red, amber, and green ratings were given to each hazard based on severity and likelihood of harm.
