Land will get more rare and expensive, the city HIGH-TECH PARK MASTERPLAN space needs to be more compressed from a car orientated city NEW DELHI to public transportation and pedestrian system. Our concept idea is following these demands. In high density, functions will be compressed and arranged verti- cally / urban space will become more vibrant. METRO TOWER The new plan layout for the Sinotrans Plot is the result of creating SHENZHEN a logical link between urban space, traffic circulation, walkway flow and architecture. For us it is important to combine functional needs with public spaces, and giving the whole development area the char- acter of a high density, vibrant environment for a city which still has not yet reached its peak of urbanism. CULTURAL CENTER FACADE DESIGN SHENZHEN All lines, shapes and plazas are defined by the relationship between urban spaces and the linking between them. The traffic and walkway flow of people in the environment create the shape of the buildings and plan layout. A typical hybrid building is created. Perspective views - gained environment 15
