This document lists the credit documents required for a loan application from HDFC Ltd. For applicants, 13 documents are required including passport photo, ID proof, residence proof, last 3 months salary slips, bank statements, Form 16 for last 2 years, existing loan details, fees payment, and resume/qualifications. For co-applicants, 3 documents are required - passport photo, ID proof, and residence proof, with additional documents if co-applicant is salaried.

1. List of Credit Documents
For Applicants:
1) Latest passport size photograph (one each )
2) ID proof ( pan card/passport/voters id /driving license )
3) Residence proof ( MSEB bill /Telephone bill/passport/Bonafide letter/original bank
statement/ration card )
4) Last 3 months salary slip attested
5) Original / attested bank statement (all accounts for 6 months )
6) Form 16 (for last 2 years )
7) IF loan : statement of all existing (other than HDFC) loan accounts
8) Closure letter incase loan is over
9) Investments in brief
10) Resume
11) Qualification certificate
12) Own contribution proof
13) Fees cheque payable to “HDFC LTD”(0.5% of loan amount or Rs 10,000/-whichever
less + 12.36% service tax+ 0.2% MOD on loan amount+Rs 100/- Franking charges)
For Co-Applicants:
1) Latest passport size photograph (one each )
2) ID proof ( pan card/passport/voters id /driving license )
3) Residence proof ( MSEB bill /Telephone bill/passport/Bonafide letter/original bank

4) IF salaried same as above documents required
