Group Leaders are the coaches.
1st point of contact. Responsible for team plays and actions.
Holds team accountable for actions and ensures integrity.
Maintains score for the area.
Communicates issues that will effect team and production
negatively to the team and referees.
PSE are the assistant coaches.
Responsible for assisting coaches when necessary.
Will communicate with coach prior to directing any plays.
PTLs are the cheerleaders.
Responsible for cheering from the sidelines.
Providing a committed weekly build plan.
Owner of paperwork and systemic responsibilities.
 Materials, Maintenance, Management teams to
be support staff, when requested by coaches.
 All members of each team are to participate.
 All team members are to attend daily huddles.
 BTL/PTL empower coaches to make necessary
decisions-to ensure production remains on schedule.
When one’s work speaks for itself, don't interrupt.

and supporting staff.
 Team members are to assist each other if/when need
be, to ensure victory.

 Inform materials team of potential material shortages .
