• সাবান আর পাশ্লন শ্লেদয় হাত যধায়ার পর
ওয়ান টাইম ইউজ টটসুু শ্লেদয় হাত মুদে।
• এলদকাহল েুক্ত হুান্ডরাব (যহক্সিসল/
হুান্ড সাশ্লনটাইজার) শ্লেদয় হাত রাব কদর

12. What is bio medical waste?
Biomedical waste (BMW) is waste generated
during diagnosis, treatment or immunization
of human beings or animals, or in research
activities pertaining thereto, or in the
production and testing of biological, and is
contaminated with human fluids.
21. Environmental cleaning:
Bed, medicine locker, overhead table, saline stand - Wipe with
4% oxivir solution. Daily in the morning.
Clean & disinfect oxygen humidifier daily – wash with soap &
water, then disinfect with 4% oxivir solution.
Wipe Thermometer & stethoscope bell with alcohol wipes.
Clean the BP cuffs with soap & water & then dry thoroughly-
weekly
Label every opened bottle with opening & expiry date & sign.
23. Patient safety
Transportation- safe transportation (with bedrails or
safety belt in wheelchairs & stretchers
Bed sore should be checked while changing the
patient’s dress.
If the patient has a catheter ,the urine bag should be
emptied after wearing the gloves. The urine bag
should be checked whether there is a leakage or not .
