actioned immediately: Monitoring alarms, events and incident.
• Closure of trouble ticket/Incident once the fault is resolved along with correct closure code.
• Isolate causes of an incident and initiate remedial activities where the incident is associated.
• Configuration of Cisco layer two/three switch as - 1900/2950, 3500, 3750.
• Configuring and implementing, VLAN, VTP, STP and INTER - VLAN routing on switches.
