How to Cook Real Italian Pizza
When you think pizza, you think Italy, and just to inform you, in Italy
Pizza falls into two separate categories: The pies cooked in Italian pizza ovens

7. Make a cross on top of the dough with a knife.
8. Preheat the oven.
9. Dump the dough out of the bowl and back onto the floured surface.
10. Divide the dough in half and let it rest for a few minutes.
11. Roll each section into a twelve-inch disc. choose how chunky you would like

12. Now, move the dough onto an oiled pizza pan or baking sheet.
