brands built on a passion for sports and a sporting lifestyle (2). We are committed to
continuously strengthening our brands and products to improve our competitive position (5).
We are innovation and design leaders who seek to help athletes of all skill levels achieve

and image of our products and our organizational structures to match and exceed consumer

Adidas Group Strategic Pillars (Internal Strategy)
1. Creating long term shareholder value – focus for sustainable revenue and earnings
growth, and ultimately operating cash flow. To be the most value-enhancing, mostly
on improving group profitability. Increase return to the shareholders with above-
industry-average share price performance and dividends.
2. Diverse brand portfolio – Multi brand strategy. Providing distinct and relevant
products to a wide spectrum of consumers. A broad product offering will increase the
group leverage in the marketplace.
3. Investments focused on highest-potential markets and channels – Adidas Group
would like to expand their business activities in China and Russia as well as building
market share in underpenetrated market in the US.
4. Creating a flexible supply chain – to enable faster product creation and production by
continuously improving infrastructure, processes and systems. By sharing information
from point of sale to source and vice versa, they strive to connect and more closely
integrate the various element of supply chain, to enable quick reaction to changing
consumer needs.
5. Leading through innovation – foster a culture of challenging convention and
embracing change. All areas are required to generate at least one new innovation or
meaningful improvement per year.
6. Develop a team grounded in heritage – Foster a corporate culture of performance,
passion, integrity and diversity by creating a work environment that stimulates
innovation, team spirit and achievement based on strong leadership and employee
engagement.
