Hi, I'm a Doctoral student at Edinburgh Napier University, working in the Center for Social Informatics, under the supervision of Prof. Hazel Hall and Dr Colin F. Smith. My research investigates to what extent social media affordances influence the sharing of tacit knowledge between employees within organisations belonging to the public sector.
