3. What is the problem?
1) The unemployment rate and the increcement of mental health
patients are alarming the countries all over the world not because
there are no jobs in the countries since the number of startups in
the countries are increasing, it is because the attitude of Human
Resources (HR) executives and managers are reluctant to give a
chance for people to have a job because these people never work
on SWOT analysis of the applicants and the AI for job portals are
not powerful enough. More than 6 months of unemployment for all
job seeking candidates would be causing a penalty to the Hiring
Managers or Executive due to they are not efficient and not fit as
Hiring Managers or Executive.
4. How do “HR-Evaluation Consortium” solve the problem
(1)?
1) It is going to be a government-link
organization to provide an API or Plug-In
to employers’ and job portals’ Human
Resources Software/ System to monitor
their KPIs and metrics in Hiring to promote
praises and penalty to the hiring
performance of the hiring managers which
related to employers’ mission and vision.
5. How “HR-Evaluation Consortium” earn money?
1) We will collect 3 months salary from all the hiring
managers through “HR-Evaluation Consortium” as
the penalty for their inefficient job placement by
causing unemployment mental health problems with
the direct deduction from their salary with 12 to 24
months of installments.
2) We mean the Founder, Hui-Shin Wong and “HR-
Evaluation Consortium”.
6. Why am I the right person to work on this idea?
1) I am well-traveled and well exposed to reading with my self-ascertained as a
world citizen with international standard stated and witnessed through my first
edition of book publication, “Sunshine Little Kitchen: The World Traveling
Logs In 365 Days” in year 2012 and latest edition or 3rd edition in year 2021.
In year 2012, I had traveled to more than 20 countries worldwide budgetly.
2) I have a big mission to change the world by providing a better place to live for
all individuals by bridging the gaps with evidence through my blog/ magazine,
Malaysian Footprint ever since year 2008 and 14 startups with 7 million job
opportunities. We are hiring!
3) I have an excellent education background and career achievements.
4) I am a book author for a total of coming and existing 8 books to educate and
bring awareness to people for a humane world, i.e. a better place to live in a
better world.
