Editor's Notes
Some managers and potential managers will be handpicked and chosen to lead. They will be subject to 18 months of close scrutiny (in batches of 6) under various circumstances. The first 6 months their outstanding or abnormal behavior will be observed under normal circumstances. Second 6 months – their normal behavior under circumstances deliberately created by their managers. Third 6 months – their normalized behavior is observed under the normalized circumstances where the challenges set in stage 2 become the norm.
Stage 1 The person is required to put in quantum effort to solve potential problems rather the current ones.
Stage 2 The person is consciously pushed from their Comfort zone into their Courage zone to observe how they will react.
Stage 3 Where high challenges are set for them and also high support is provided so that they can give out high performance.
