1. Abigail is a 23 year old women
living in 1968.
Her clothes are up to date with
that periods latest fashion, as
she is wearing a simple blouse
ad knee length skirt, which is
suitable for work. Her clothes
have to be fashionable as her
character loves Mary Quaint’s
fashion, twiggy and Marianne
Faithfull. This is a traditional
1960’s womens working outfit.
Her blouse would be a
cream/white colour
with a brown/red skirt.
In the 1960’s clothes
that women wore for
work were quite dull
colours, but they are
smart and
professional. As she
wants to be a PA, her
outfit must be smart
and suitable for the
office.

2. Phil is a working class
citizen and is quite poor.
Hence we have designed
an outfit that is very simple
and plain.
He is wearing a plain
white scruffy t-shirt, with
blue jeans that are quite
worn out and tatty. He is
also wearing some very
simple, old trainers. He is
wearing scruffy clothes to
show that he is not very
wealthy.

3. Phil works as an engineer, so we
have designed an outfit to portray
his job.
He is wearing an old, dirty blue
overall, which is wearing out as
you can see the darker areas. It is
also a bit baggy and scruffy. He is
also wearing a pair of brown
leather boots which are very
suitable for his job.
