Founded MK Smart JVC. by MK Technology JSC. and Sinclair-Tek Corp. (USA)
Inaugurated MK Smart Card Factory at Quang Minh Industrial Zone, Me Linh, Hanoi.
Launched Research and Development Center in Hanoi

meter- factory located in the Quang Minh Industrial Zone, Ha Noi Capital and a plant in Hitek
Park, Ho Chi Minh City
