5. Application Requirements
for Pharmacist
1. Can be male or female (Malaysian citizen)
2. Hold a valid pharmacist license
3. Provide proof of Qualifications (relevant
documents)
4. Sign 1-year agreement with the Company.
Company will provide maximum RM8,000
guaranteed income depending on current
income
5. Provide proof of income:
– Previous year’s EA form
– Employment letter & last 3 months’ pay slips

6. Pharmacist’s Guaranteed Income
Example 1:
• Pharmacist’s proven last drawn income: RM6,000
• Gross Profit from drug & OTC sales + Network
Bonus = RM5,000. Subsidy from Company: RM1,000
Example 2:
• Pharmacist’s proven last drawn income: RM8,000
Gross Profit from drug & OTC sales + Network
Bonus = more than RM 8,000. No subsidy.
• Network bonus = total bonus generated from all
pharmacist’s “Family Accounts”.

allowed to choose one day off per

(interview, product & bonus plan
training, POS training, practical training,

9. Fully responsible for inventory
management (stock ordering, controlling,
etc) of drug, OTC & medications.

9. Security Deposit Requirements
for Pharmacist
1. RM15,000 Security Deposit deducted
from monthly gross profit + network
bonus (10%*) until full amount is fulfilled.
*10% is from actual gross profit (drug &
OTC items) + network bonus, but
excludes the Company’s income
guarantee amount.
2. No guarantor required.

10. Recruitment Arrangement
1. To support the pharmacist, for every 2 walk-ins who
are recruited as BOs or VIP Shoppers, 1 will be
allocated to pharmacist as follows:
• 1st walk-in who joins goes to store operator’s
network (or store operator can allocate new member
to downlines who assist in the store).
• 2nd walk-in who joins goes to the pharmacist’s
network。
2. Pharmacist CANNOT perform recruitment activities
during business hours, inside or outside the store.

11. Non-Competition with Caring Pharmacy
• You are not allowed to recruit pharmacists from Caring Pharmacy,
unless they have left the company for more than
6 months.
• If Caring Pharmacy is operating in a shopping mall, the Company
will not convert / set up a pharmacy store in the same mall within
3 years.
• For new areas (non-shopping mall), the Company can set up a
pharmacy store provided it is more than 0.5 km from the existing
Caring Pharmacy store.
• In any areas (non-shopping mall) where we are already in
operation, we can convert existing stores to pharmacy stores.
