 For example: A hairdresser with 3 outlets its losing
  money. Decisions need to me made.
   Should one store close or does it need a revamp?

 Leadership includes qualities such as
  decisiveness, initiative and thinking ahead.
 One more element is personality and that character
  to make people believe in you.
 Strong leadership requires good judgements and the
  determination to see initiatives through.
