  10. 10. I’m thick
  11. 11. I’m so bad</li></li></ul><li>Memories<br />
  12. 12. “So shall ye think, so shall ye be”<br />In other words what ever you think or say about yourself will be your reality.<br />Often we put ourselves down before someone else does it, so we get in first and rubbish ourselves to stop ourselves feeling humiliated.<br />

  14. 14. Get rid of the parrots.<br />We have carried them around for long enough.<br />It is time to be free.<br />It is time to be you.<br />Ask them to leave and fly away, they are of no use to you what's so ever.<br />
