Currently working as a QA Engineer in Blueflock Technologies Pvt. Ltd from Nov’ 2014 to till

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a QA Engineer, reporting to the Project Lead and responsible for the following functions
 Performing manual testing of Web and mobile applications on various devices and platforms
namely iOS, Android, and Windows.
 Responsible for mentoring the new joiners.
 Preparing the Test Cases and the Test Plans for the projects.
 Receive, load and test the given application – Run CRC / Tier Testing / Verify Sweep and
assigning the applications to the team mates and monitor the work flow of the team.
 Cross check the issues identified in the Code Released Builds.
 Discuss about various core issues with respect to testing with the team members and other
teams as well as the leads
 Conduct frequent training sessions to the team mates and clarify the day-to-day
modifications in the core builds.

2.  Identifying the key player in the team and assigning the work according to priority.
 Verifying the Device issues – Issues found in the mobile phones and their compatibility with
the applications.
 Responsible for the certification of an application for Code releasing it.
 Communicating with the external Producers and Developers regarding the bugs to maintain
the quality standards.
 Performing DCR (Defect Capture Rate) Analysis.
