Sales:
• Alto 800 & K10 sales per month is around 17000-
20000 units per month and Wagon R sales per
month is around 12000-15000 units per month as
per the survey done by Maruti Suzuki (Informed @
Garuda).
Price:
• The price difference between Alto K10 and
Hyundai Eon is around rs.16000. (@Blue Hyundai)
DISCOUNTS
Discounts:
• Alto 800, K10 and Wagon r = rs. 30000 cash discount
(@Garuda autocraft Pvt.Ltd).
• Alto 800= rs. 35000, Alto K10= rs.15000 and Wagon r
= rs. 30000 cash discount (@Suraksha car care).
• Hyundai Eon= rs. 10000 cash discount and 1year
insurance free (@Blue Hyundai).
• Hyundai i10 = rs. 20000 cash discount (@Blue
Hyundai).
OBSERVATION
• According to our observation the dealers are
pushing K10 @ Garuda.
• According to our observation the dealers are
pushing Wagon R @ Suraksha car care.
SALES-PERSON VEIW
• For the first time buyer’s sales person suggests that Alto 800
or Alto K10 is the best. (@ Garuda)
• The best re-sale value will be for Maruti vehicles as per the
sales person. (@ Garuda)
• According to sales person, the age group between 20-35 years
customers are not preferring Wagon R because of its design,
said by the sales person (@ Garuda).
• Look wise Wagon R is not up to the mark said by the sales
person (@ Garuda).
CONTINUED
• In case of comfort and spacing Wagon R is best. (@ Suraksha)
• When it comes to Nissan Micra and Chevrolet Beat, the sales
person point of view regarding service is that you can find
only few number of service stations and when it comes to
pricing there is a huge gap between Alto, Micra and Beat
(Micra starts at rs. 5.42 Lakhs and Beat starts at rs. 4.27
Lakhs). (@ Suraksha & Garuda)
• As observed all the three showrooms sales person suggested
that not to go for Nissan Micra and Chevrolet Beat. (@
Suraksha, Garuda and Blue Hyundai)
