LETTER OF PARTICIPATION
To whom it may concern,
From November 27th to February 27th, Hari Ganesh participated in the Telstra Health Summer internship
program for a total of 467 hours and 29 minutes. Hari worked on a bespoke project in a small group to solve a
particular business pain point. As part of the internship, each group was required to assess the given problem
and create a solution that fitted the business requirements. In doing this they learned and used the standard
toolset and process used throughout our organisation.
Hari showed outstanding teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently and act on his own
initiative. I was truly impressed with Hari’s dedication to the project and willingness to put in the hard yards to
get it across the finish line. While many of the tools were new to them at the start of the internship he was able
to effectively learn and utilise the new technology in a constructive fashion.
Hari operated effectively with the SCRUM development framework and adhered rigidly to sprint deadlines. This
was all the more impressive given that the internship required a significant work without supervision.
It has been a pleasure working with Hari and I wish them all the best with their future career.
Regards,
Justin Watts
Program Manager
