1. Spring Seminar 1 Reflection
This seminar gave a brief introduction into nanoparticles and their functions. Dr. Luis
Colón informed us that nanoparticles can be manipulated in order to serve different functions in
the various fields of science. His research involved specifically in how to use them in the
treatment of cancer patients. The study and field of nanoparticles is still young, proving it to have
great potential for further development and advancing the range of their use.
