I am having <br />problem making my monthly payment because of my financial difficulties created by <br />unemployment since September 5, 2008 after over 20 years of employment. Presently, I am <br />finding it difficult to find another job due to the downturn in the economy.<br />I believe that a loan modification would help me to make my monthly payment to you. It would <br />help me if you were able to accept $800 monthly mortgage, convert my adjustable rate mortgage <br />at 8.25 to 4.75 fixed rates, roll my balance to the end of my mortgage, and reduce my principal. <br />This modification would allow me to focus on getting a new job.<br />I do own and occupy my home with my wife and four children.
