In aforesaid motion I am asking Honourable Mr. Justice O’Keefe reconsider the term
requiring you, as assessment officer, assess my costs.
Therefore, I believe the appointment that you made for March 4, 2008, should be
postponed to the date that the learned judge make his decision.
You may inform the Court that the said appointment was cancelled and emphasize that
they put a note on the Court Index, that I be able to checked by Internet.
Take notice that if I do not see your direction canceling the said appointment of the
Court’s Index, I will attend on March 4, 2008 before you and in person I will have the
aforesaid submissions, and I would ask for costs of my time in amount of $500.00.
