collect oil in between barrier. Ex: A fabric liner on
inside wall could allow oil to collect and replace
water thereby making it possible to pump oil from
the top of the inside of the barrier

Oil absorbent bales could be
deposited between barrier
walls to collect oil. When
saturated, the bales are
replaced and the oil is
recovered
11. SEA ANCHORS
Sea anchors could provide
barrier stability to minimize the
lifting of the barrier caused
