I am a passionate trilingual Quebec-qualified lawyer with a PhD in capital markets, an LLM in oil & gas, and a postgraduate degree in arbitration. During my 15 years of post-qualification experience (12 of which were in Saudi), I built a rich and diversified transaction portfolio and was involved in numerous mega-deals. I acquired experience as a private practice practitioner, as an in-house counsel, and as an academic. These different roles have helped me grow my capabilities as a jurist.
