15. Commercial Operations / Conditions
1. Sim will not be Provided as Renting SIM is against TRAI Rules of Gov of India.
2. Installation will be Trained by IS / LTSP, IS will NOT provide free checkup of device / wiring beyond first
time.
3. Second time or beyond any kind checking Wiring for Data Issues Expenses of any kind needs to be taken
care.
4. IS will take full responsibility of scaling up Data Center when time demands / any infrastructures, any
Certifications IS will take Responsibility.
5. IS / LTSP will provide 1 day for installation.
6. VAT – as per local taxation at 5% (MH) of the bill amount
7. Service Tax –as per the taxation laws @ 14.00%
8. Delivery – Within 3-4 weeks from the date of receipt of technically & lodging/travelling expenses of the
technicians will be billed to the client
9. Payment – 100% advance along with the order.
10. Validity – 30 days from the date of submission of offer.
11. Manpower involved in any activities needs to be taken care by Customer.
