rendering our services to CREDIT MANTRA Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. for
• Credit Link Capital Subsidy Scheme ( CLCSS)
• Re-Restructured Technology Upgradation Fund Scheme (RR-TUFs)
• Maharashtra State Textile Policy
Our proposal is based on our understanding of the nature of services that Credit Mantra desires to avail from us.
We are glad to submit our proposal Letter summarizing therein the Scope of our Services, Fees and Standard Terms &
Conditions.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
We will provide services in relation to Subsidy as required by Credit Mantra in respect of its existing and
prospective clients. The specific services which we will provide are discussed below.
• We will do the entire procedure of subsidy from
i. Documentation & Application for Subsidy
ii. Bank Submission ( With your Support)
iii. Follow up in banks & respective govt. department
iv. Sanction & disbursement of Subsidy
Proper and prompt response & service will be made, if any of the above option will be finalized.

MANNER OF WORKING
• MAC’s role starts once we receive reference from Credit Mantra OR
• Our role will start only after receipt of full & proper documents from you.
• After receipt of documents work as per guidelines of schemes work will be started as claim preparations, bank
submission, follow up in government departments etc.
• One of our qualified representatives will visit to your office as and when required, in order to render the said
services.
• Confidentiality will be maintained in regards to the customer’s information and other related matters.
• None of our employee will contact to your client without your consent.
CREDIT MANTRA’S RESPONSIBILITIES
• Providing proper & timely documents.
• Client sign & Stamp.
• Support in bank submission.
• Fees collection from client.
FEES STRUCTURE
Fees for above services between MAC and Credit Mantra. Will be as under
Fees Sharing ratio 75:25 (MAC: Credit Mantra)
(Note: Minimum fees for MAC will be 7%)
(50% of above total fees will be charge at time of sanction & remaining at time of receipt of fund)
