Atlas into one ArcIMS application;
– Combine Wetlands Mitigation Targeting Tool and the Wetlands
Data Viewer into one application
• Challenge:
– maintain original project identities to satisfy funding agencies
– create scalable links to specific geographic areas (Elizabeth River)
