BS Physics program enhanced with additional
courses in Applied Mathematics and
Economics/Finance
Provides multi-disciplinary training that combines the
best of physics, mathematics, and economics/finance
that would serve you well for careers in economic or
financial analysis.

2."quants" - Those who use quantitative methods to
assess and manage investment risks.
Uses Brownian motion to model price variations
Black-Scholes equation is used to calculate the value of
options in buying a stock in the future at a specified
price

to produce people who are highly skilled in
Mathematical Analysis and the technical know-how
for a career in the industry
Typically work in product engineering, quality
control, process engineering, and failure analysis

take the NMAT and proceed to

mammography, CTscan, MRI, ultrasound)
