Department the intern will be working Education and Public Awareness
Job Description1 Exchange participant has to attend orientation week
organized hosting Local Committee in the beginning of program(during this
week, participant is responsible of his/her expenses such as food and Local
Committee has to cut down the expenses as much as possible)
Job Description2 Exchange participant has to lead high school students and
each exchange participant will be responsible for 5-6 students.
Job Description3 All exchange participants have to prepare presentations
about their countries to tell how culture they have. They need to prepare some
other presantations which will be told by organization committee.
Job Description4 All exchange participants needs to shoot short movie with
their own team. Short movies could be about self-awareness, world issues and
etc.
Job Description5 All exchange participants have to lead
conversation/discussion clubs during camps and they need to define subjects
and faciliate groups.
Job Description6 All exchange participants needs to fill NPS surveys and other
surveys which are applied by LC. They are all for getting feedbacks.

Learning points
The intern will learn more about Turkey, Turkish life style and Turkish
Education System. - The intern will discover about his/her home country while
doing presentations. - The intern will have chance to learn other country
cultures from other trainees - The intern will improve his/her facilitating skills.

Expected results
Succes of interns will be measured according to # of high school students that
participated the camp,
# of sessions delivered, filling surveys, # of AIESEC meetings that is attended
by interns and results of the survey that is sent to high school students.
Required preparation
Intern must prepare country presentation and send to the person who may
concern 1 week before arrival.
Intern must buy his/her both way tickets and send them to person who may
concern. Intern should bring traditional clothes, snacks, sweets, souvenirs,
flags etc for Global Village.

4. Health or travel insurance is obligatory for intern to have during the whole
internship
Visa & work permit info
Any citizen needs to take the AIESEC visa for whether GCDP or GIP in Turkey.
Some citizens have free entrance as a tourist to Turkey, although the GCDP in
Turkey is a social internship and for its purpose the AIESEC visa is necessary
for everybody.
