 It will take care of all activities spanning from a ward’s
enrolment to maintaining the daily log, payment and so on,
apart from online registration and interaction with wards’
parents

5. Online Application
 The solution facilitates online application for availing day care services
 After verification of details, the user can register online after paying the
admission fees
 The fees can be paid online as well using the payment gateway integrated
within the solution
 This ensures a totally web based hassle-free registration system

6. Ward profile
 The solution will let you add ward profiles with the heads of the families
treated as individual accounts
 Each child admitted to the day care centre will be associated with a
family unit
 During a profile creation, the following details should also be furnished:
• Account Type
• Address and Contact details of Parents
• Emergency Numbers
• Photos of Child and Parent
• Releaser Details with photo
• Medical details like information about Doctor, Immunization and
Insurance details
• Notes if any

7. Service Rates
 There will be a Rate master that will contain the standard rates for day
care as per the class of the ward
 There shall be special penalty rates (as applicable to separate classes) for
a ward spending extra time at the day centre
 The amenities provided to a ward shall also have a fixed tariff
 Detailed records about the charges applicable and payments made will be
maintained

8. Attendance Schedule
 The solution will keep a track of the attendance log of each ward with
details about time-in and time-out on a day-to-day basis
 It shall automatically calculate time spent by a ward in the day care
 One can also pre-schedule time slots which shall be confirmed by the day
care authority as per availability

9. Pickup and Drop Facility
 This is a special facility that will be charged extra
 Ward pickup and drop requests can be made online.
 It shall be confirmed as per availability by the day care authority
 Special notes regarding pickup/drop can also be added

10. Other Amenities
 The day care caters to some special needs of the wards like:
• Meals
• Tuitions
• Pickup and Drop facility
• Immunization
• Other Medical Assistance
 All such amenities will be provided at an extra charge and the record for the
same shall also be maintained in the solution

11. e-transactions
 All fees and charges can be paid online itself with the ease of
e-transactions
 Vouchers will be generated for the day care services
 User can make the payments anytime online

12. Online Query Solution
 This is another unique interactive feature which provides online resolution
to queries and requests
 Users can post their queries, comments, requests and feedback online
 They will be notified (by mail) when the day care authorities respond to their
posts

13. Event Calendar
 Important dates, such as birthday, pertaining to the ward can be marked in
an event calendar
 Event notification can also be enabled for any such event marked in the
calendar

14. Automatic Notifications
The solution triggers auto-notification (via mail) in the following events:
• Successful Registration
• Voucher generation
• Voucher payment
• Query/Solution posting
• Special Event Notification
