As Director of Planning & Assessment, Dr. Starr Hoffman leads strategic planning, organizational development, and assessment across the UNLV Libraries to demonstrate impact, support decision-making, and improve services.
Her research draws on her expertise in academic library administration, assessment, and developing services that support faculty and student research. She holds a PhD in Higher Education, a Master’s in Library Science, and a MA in Art History.
