Wounded Warrior Project's Soldier Ride

2. Throughout his career as a sales manager
and benefit communication insourcing
consultant, Gary Rixson has dedicated
himself to community service and
charitable giving. Gary Rixson supports a
broad range of nonprofit organizations in
his community and beyond, including
Wounded Warrior Project (WWP). Through
events like Soldier Ride, WWP works to help
veterans wounded in military service
overcome physical, emotional, and mental
obstacles.
3. A four-day cycling event held in locations
across the United States, Soldier Ride welcomes
veterans of all skill levels and accommodates
them with a wide range of custom equipment,
from hand cycles to unmodified road bikes.
After spending two days getting to know their
fellow warriors and testing out their bikes,
participants embark on a 25- or 50-mile ride.
The Soldier Ride benefits from the support of
