We use innovative survey & questionnaire techniques to reveal over-looked
venture & business opportunities. We can identify opportunities in any
market sector. We also design unique methods to commercialize these
opportunities for the benefit of both owner/sellers and investors.
Collect, Assimilate & Analyze Data
We collect & analyze data to provide the information necessary to design
investment offerings that meet the needs of sellers, and the desires of
investors. Our innovative “Investment-Engineering” begins by knowing the
right questions to ask. We have 35-years’ experience creating questionnaires
and surveys that allow us to get the information we need to create
investments that satisfy owner/seller needs …and investor desires.
Creation or Modification of an Investment or Venture
After analyzing data from our questionnaires & surveys, we determine how
to use this information to create or modify (engineer) the features of an
investment or venture. Our Investment-Engineering improves the credit
worthiness of every investment or venture …and increases the return.
Commercialization (Marketing & Sales)
Our contact, follow-up and closing strategy is focused on creating a clearing

A Lifetime of Successful Investment
Ingenuity is What Makes Us Different
Visual-Spatial Learner. Mr. Brown learns holistically
rather than in a step-by-step fashion. In addition, he has an
amazing ability to "feel" people. Many times he can
observe people and read cues that allow him to know what
a person is thinking almost verbatim.
Innate Polymath. Mr. Brown is not like most polymaths,
who are people that have learned a lot about a lot of things.
His brain integrates feelings and sensibilities with thought.

To Whom It May Concern:
It seems as if one of the most talked about terms in business these days is “vision”. There
is much discussion in the current business publications about vision statements and
visionary leaders. Therefore, it is my pleasure to serve as a referral source for one of the
most visionary minded people I know –Mr. Jim Ed Brown.
Jim Ed has always had an interest in a wide variety of topics and has successfully
