Europ Assistance is one of the market leaders when it comes to insurance
and assistance. The company sells everything from travel insurance to
roadside assistance to house and family assistance in for more than 200
countries.
PROBLEM
Europ Assistance was putting a lot of time and effort in processing
incoming communications from all different kind of channels and
stakeholders. A data-entry team was processing all these communications
manually.
SOLUTION
Now they have Metamaze to support them. All incoming communications
are classified, information is extracted and forwarded to one of the 64
different internal departments.

Axa (part of Crelan Group) is one of the front-running banks in Belgium
that focuses mostly on helping clients, both retail as SME customers, with
their loan applications. AXA Bank recently got acquired by Crelan Bank,
doubling the volume of documents to be processed by Metamaze.
PROBLEM
Loan application processes are document-intensive. Axa realized that
streamlining the loan application and approval process would not only free
up their back-office, it would also improve customer experience.
SOLUTION
