A Taste of Spain arrives in the Fenwick Food Hall
A foodie celebration of Spanish gastronomy will be taking place in the Fenwick Food Hall from
Wednesday 22 June – Sunday 10 July. A Taste of Spain will showcase a new range of over 100
premium Spanish products, many of which are exclusive to Fenwick and new to the UK. Throughout the
three week event customers can enjoy a series of tempting tastings, cooking demonstrations,
opportunities to meet artisanal Spanish producers, a sangria pop-up bar and exciting one-off events.
The event is in collaboration with The Spanish Food & Drink Federation (FIAB), to showcase the very
best in Spanish food and drink
Launch Night
Friday 24 June, 4pm-9pm
To mark the start of A Taste of Spain the Food Hall invites customers to discover authentic delicacies
from throughout Spain. Customers can meet the makers behind the products, hear about their
compelling stories and enjoy samples of their produce. Additionally, there will be 10% off across Food
Hall retail and the first 50 customers will also receive a complimentary glass of sangria on arrival. The
Food Hall will be open until 9pm on the evening and all Food Hall restaurants will remain open, with
last orders at 8pm.
Running alongside the launch night there will be a live cooking demonstration from Olive Oil
producers Son Moragues.
Cooking with Olive Oil Demonstration with Son Moragues
Friday 24 June, 6pm-7pm
Dr Magda Tomas and Deborah Piña Zitrone will lead a cooking demonstration of three beautiful
dishes using Son Moragues olive oil. They will guide guests through olive oil culture, nutritional benefits
and general tips for use and preservation.
Tickets for this event are free but must be booked in advance.

Fuego Presents: A Taste of Spain
Saturday 2 July 2016, 7pm-11pm
Guests can enjoy a tantalising evening of Spanish food and sherry tasting. The event will include
authentic Spanish cuisine and an introduction to sherry from the Fenwick Sommelier, guiding guests
through tasting notes and production techniques.

2. A glass of sparkling sangria and hand-carved Iberico Bellota on arrival, followed by 3 courses of the
very best of Spanish gastronomy with a sherry tasting interlude and then coffee to finish.
Kelly Richardson, Executive Chef at Fenwick has created an enticing menu of regional Spanish classics
and contemporary dishes inspired by his experience of working in Michelin Star restaurants in Spain.
Tickets are £45 (plus booking fee) guests can also pre-order a wine pairing menu for the evening
curated by their in-house Sommelier.
Prestige Cava Tasting with Recaredo
Wednesday 6 July, 2pm-3.30pm, 4pm-5.30pm, 6pm-7.30pm
In collaboration with Recaredo, the Wine Room invites guests to a luxury tasting of some of the finest
cava in the world.
As growers and winemakers, Recaredo see their wines as little stories in a bottle, impassioned tales that
invite wine lovers to discover their land in a relationship that is always true to the environment. Guests
can learn how Recaredo’s unique commitment to biodiversity creates a wine that captures the essence
of the landscape.
Guests will enjoy a glass of cava on arrival, followed by a tasting of the cava collection guided by the
experts from Recaredo and complemented by a selection of Pinxos from Fuego.
