Ferrari Eastern Fans India Private Limited provides a 24 month warranty for materials and a 1 year warranty for electrical motors, electropneumatic actuators, and instruments on their products. The warranty covers defects in production and guarantees correct operation and performance as defined in contracts, provided the products have not been modified. Ferrari will replace defective parts for 24 months and provide on-site assistance but customers cover shipment and expenses for technicians. Performance differences from installation sites rather than tests may not be covered under warranty. Ferrari can test claimed defective products on site and charge for expenses if products are found to be non-defective. No returns will be accepted otherwise.

All warranties shall apply only the quality of the product supplied and shall be applicable starting from the date, indicated by
Ferrari Ventilatori, of completion of the product in the factory.
Warranties shall have a duration of 24 months for all materials and 1 year for:
- electrical motors;
- electropneumatic actuators;
- instruments.
All warranties shall automatically cease should payment terms not be complied with.

Ferrari Ventilatori Italy or Ferrari Eastern Fans India Private Limited (FVI or FEFI), as applicable, warrants that all materials, part or
components supplied are exempt of any defects of production and shall in case replace the defective parts.
As regards the surface treatments, defined by the customer according to the project conditions, (FVI or FEFI) shall only warrant
their correct application.
The replacement of the defective parts shall be for Ferrari’s account as regards materials and assistance on site to carry out the
replacement, while all other expenses for shipment of the materials, trip hours, travel and living expenses of Ferrari’s technicians
carrying out such intervention of assistance, as well as necessary local support manpower and necessary equipment shall be for
the customer’s account.

Ferrari Ventilatori warrants, on condition that materials have not been altered by modifications, replacements or changes to part
or components:
Running of the machines in continuous or discontinuous operation as defined in the contract, on condition that all operations of
ordinary maintenance and substitution of parts subject to wear-and-tear are regularly made, according to the instructions
indicated of the fans targets, or contained in our manual of maintenance and use.
Running of the machines under safety conditions according to the standards in force when the machine is supplied from the
factory to the customer completely assembled (on site the customer will have to make interface connections and, in case,
protection of levers for dampers, actuators and inlet vane controls, if accessible from the floor).
For the machines not completely assembled in our factory, the running under safety conditions only if completion of the
mounting is checked by a technician from Ferrari, all expanses being for the customer’s account, who shall at this occasion verify
the correct mounting ad release a report of running test.

(FVI or FEFI) warrants that the values and characteristics of performance of the machines as defined in the contract, are within
the limits of tolerance foreseen in the contract or in the standards in force.
The warranty performance are the ones resulting from:
the certificate of conformity of the machine to the test realized in our laboratory on a sample of the same series the test
certificate realized in our laboratory on single machines further to a particular request from the customer.
Different performance than the ones defined in the contract, noted on the installation site, can depend exclusively on the
particular conformation of the installation; these differences in the performance release Ferrari from any responsibility and
cannot be subject to any warranty. If required, (FVI or FEFI) can in case supply a technical consultancy ut of the contract
agreements, in order to find out the reasons for different performance, subject to receipt of an order for intervention directly to
Ferrari.

Ferrari will check and test the products claimed sent back to the our warehouse. The results of the tests done are immediately
published.
Ferrari can decide to check the product claimed on site, providing the test with own employees and/or in according with the
Distributor and/or with other consultants.
If this case if the product claimed is non defective, the expenses are charged by the part who claim the materials delivered.
Different agreement on charges could be considered by Ferrari case by case.
