Remarks
• The command is accessing the read model
  directly coupling with the store
• The repository is been created as Singleton
  but it’s Command property is set every time a
  command is executed, meaning if 2
  simultaneous calls happen we could get
  inconsistency
• The configuration repository is not been set by
  the container
