Vision
We forecast the disruption of the Management Consulting industry by
Generative AI, in particular in the fields of:
• Reporting services (e.g. PMO*)
• Knowledge management
• Support to decision-making*
• Collaboration
New markets can be also opened targeting SMEs, lowering cost of
consulting services provided with a next-gen expert system, based on
ChatGPT API using fine-tuned LLMs (commercially called Experts).

Problems
SameAI LLC
ChatGPT can’t be used for production without resolving the
hallucination problem.
Dedicated LLMs are not a viable solution today, because of
the high cost of training.
Fine-tuning is the only viable way, but organizations
have very poor data quality*

Solutions
At SameAI we created RecapGPT a tool using the
summarization of documents for reducing the probability
of hallucinations of ChatGPT API. With a human in the
loop, high quality feedback and data (reports) will be
created and collected with the help of ChatGPT API itself.
They will be used for:
• Fine-tuning models (Experts) to be shared among
RecapGPT users
• Fine-tuning models dedicated to paying organizations
