In Qatar Airways, I’m in charge of Pricing, Marketing and advertising, in-door sales, Sales statistics and
Marketing statistics. The job is based in Damascus – Syria. I was delegated to Doha to support the launch of
our new revenue management system. My main areas of responsibility include the following:
Control a multi-million (figure confidential) marketing and advertisement budget involving planning,
follow up and reporting
Analyse market product positioning involving market share, sales analysis, other airline products and
fares; communicate the reports with management and respective departments, and discuss required
action
