ARTICLE

AND
CHANGES
IN
THE
WORLD
OF
ITALIAN
PAYMENTS
Many
changes
are
affecting
the
national
payments
system:
from
the
measures
contained
in
Article
12
of
the
“Salva
Italia”
Decree
law
on
the
Public
Administration
payments,
through
the
“basic
account”
to
the
digital
transmission
of
cheque
images.
Promote
the
use
of
electronic
payment
instruments
for
citizens,
companies,
Public
Administrations,
banks
to
increase
efficiency
and
efficacy
in
the
relationship
between
the
stakeholders:
this
is
the
common
aim
of
these
different
initiatives.
What
will
actually
change
with
the
new
provisions,
also
from
the
sociological
point
of
view?
Does
e-‐government
really
have
a
potential
to
achieve
for
Italy?
Molti
i
cambiamenti
che
stanno
interessando
il
sistema
dei
pagamenti
nazionale:
dalle
misure
contenute
nell’articolo
12
del
Decreto
Salva
Italia
riguardanti
i
pagamenti
della
P.A
e
il
“conto
di
base”
alla
trasmissione
digitale
delle
immagini
degli
assegni.
Favorire
la
diffusione
di
strumenti
di
pagamento
elettronici
presso
i
cittadini,
le
imprese,
la
P.A.
e
le
banche,
per
aumentare
l’efficienza
e
l’efficacia
dei
rapporti
tra
tutti
gli
attori
del
sistema:
questo
l’obiettivo
comune
alle
diverse
iniziative
in
corso.
Che
cosa
cambierà
realmente
con
le
nuove
disposizioni,
anche
dal
punto
di
vista
sociologico?
Esiste
davvero
un
potenziale
da
valorizzare
nelle
iniziative
di
e-‐government
per
il
“sistema
italia”?
