I avoided Facebook for as long as I could, but I'm finally here. I'm Alicia. I am working on my dissertation in social work at the University of Texas at Arlington. I study emerging adulthood and young adulthood using Eriksonian theory - so basically I want to know what happens when people go from kids to grownups. I teach College 101 at the Art Institute of Houston. It's a fun and energetic place to work and my kiddos there are so creative and inspiring. I live with the boyfriend and our two darling beagles, Scout and Gunner.
