the cloud-based system for businesses who invest in the most

operations, resulting in better business decisions. Workday

I'm eager to share some of the highlights of our experiences
with the user-friendly interface and quick results we've
observed using Workday Prism Analytics. In a recent project
where we handed over our laptop over to the client who was
familiar with Workday but did not have Workday Prism Analytics
training, and told him, "Give it a shot and tell us your thoughts."
Within a matter of moments, the client identified patterns that
could save the company millions of dollars. And now this is self-
service analytics.
The Workday Prism Analytics benefit
Workday Prism Analytics will assist you cut down on the amount
of time needed to make the best choices that are possible
through providing greater understanding and visibility across
your company. Let's take a look at some the most effective uses:
• Operations As part of Our Accenture Workday practice
we've installed Workday Prism Analytics in order to provide
a single overview of our operation. Integrating external
data from our CRM system, finance data that is not
Workday as well as HR information (including employees'
engagement survey) along with the native Workday Project
data we've created an interactive mobile view of our
company from beginning to end, all within one place:
Workday. The fact that all of this information is available
all in one location has been an absolute game
changer. Prior to Workday Prism Analytics, it took us two
weeks to complete the data and now we can get real-time
insight of who is in charge of our most healthiest programs,
how our revenue forecast looks like according to region,
and what methods are most popular and need more focus.

and so on. We are currently working with our clients on
bringing all of this information to Workday by using
Workday Prism Analytics to secure and collaboratively
model the new business. When you have completed the
acquisition, you must finalize and then commit to the
organization model.
• Global view of the workforce: One of the most challenging
Workday Prism Analytics deployments we have seen to this
point was for one of our clients across the globe who
needed a solution to integrate information from hundreds
of subsidiary HR systems in the phased Workday
deployment. Within three months, we developed an
answer via Workday which provided clients with a
complete overview of their workforce as well as one source
of HR data. Employing Workday Prism Analytics the robust
data integration tools and data preparation software that
we used to combine data from various third-party systems,
from headcounts to retirement risk to diversity and
inclusion statistics, as well as our own databases to provide
reports within Workday HCM.
